OAKLAND -- Rays manager Joe Maddon won a second-inning replay challenge at the Coliseum on Monday night.

Logan Forsythe was initially called out at second base on a steal attempt, but video evidence revealed that A's shortstop Jed Lowrie missed the tag.

Maddon has had 13 of his 35 challenge attempts overturned.

Forsythe was credited with his first steal of the season and the 18th of his career, with the Rays holding a 1-0 lead on Evan Longoria's second-inning home run.
