Crawford exits game with sore shoulder

BALTIMORE -- Carl Crawford had to leave Wednesday night's game with the Orioles due to a bruised right shoulder.

The Rays left-fielder's status is listed as day-to-day.

Crawford injured himself while making a diving catch of Aubrey Huff's sinking liner for the third out of the fourth inning. He batted in the fifth, but Ben Zobrist came into the game to replace him in the bottom of the fifth.

Crawford is having an All-Star type season, leading the Major Leagues in stolen bases with 22 while hitting .329.
