Hellickson is 9-2 with a 2.33 ERA in 15 starts for Triple-A Durham this season.
"Jeremy's done everything and done it well," Rays farm director Mitch Lukevics said. "He certainly deserves to play in the Futures Game, it's a big honor."
Jennings has overcome an injury to his left wrist, a sore shoulder and a slow start this season to where he is now hitting .273 with 18 RBIs and 16 stolen bases at Durham.
"Same thing with DJ as Jeremy," Lukevics said. "He deserves to be there. He's battled through injuries, got back on his feet and he's been doing well."
Lukevics called both players "very pleasant to be around."
"Ever since both of these young men signed, there have been no problems, they're both hard workers and on a mission to get [to the Major Leagues]," Lukevics said.
